Hello, my name is Tonya Morgan and I love to let my hair down! I have been in the industry for more than 5 years and currently work at Envy Hair Studio located in downtown Portland. To be totally honest, I haven’t seen my natural hair color since 6th grade so needless to say, I have been exploring the hair world since I was young.
I grew up in Washington state and shortly after high school moved to Portland to go to Phagans school of Hair Design. I have always been an artistic person and decided to express my creativity through my love for hair. After graduating, I did my apprenticeship at a highly reputable salon called Legends in NW Portland. I owe my talent to Kimberelee Getty (extremely gifted colorist) and Troy Jensen who taught me amazing techniques in cutting and hair extensions. Since then, I have been continuing my education through trade shows, classes, and workshops.
Personally, I pride myself on my work and making people feel beautiful through their hair. I love what I do, and in turn that provides me with the drive, dedication, and creativity to make your hair beautiful.
